Description of the post
Main missions :
- Supervise and motivate a team of security agents on site.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper functioning of posts.
- Coordinate rounds, access controls, and surveillance of locations.
- Manage communication between the team and hierarchy, as well as with clients.
- Handle incidents, complaints or compliments and ensure effective follow-up.
- Participate in organizing schedules and optimizing human resources.
- Recruit and train new agents if necessary.
