Bridges Team Leader - Brisbane

Brisbane or Sydney I am currently looking to recruit a Senior Bridges Leader/ Associate Engineer/Associate Director to lead my company's National Bridges team, with significant engineering design experience, strong communication skills and the desire to lead and mentor developing engineers within my client's group. This is a pivotal role supporting the National team to manage projects, delegate workload, and interface with key clients. This role is a pivotal role within a vastly expanding company that requires a leader who can inspire and motivate their team to achieve outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering design, preferably with experience in leading teams or mentoring junior engineers. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
