Full Time- Bricklayer position available in Leichhardt, NSW 2040. Sydney Maximus Construction Labour is a professional labour hire and staffing service supporting construction projects across Sydney. We provide skilled labour for general construction, demolition, remedial works, clean-up, and engineering support. We are currently seeking a Bricklayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in laying bricks, pre-cut stone, and building blocks to construct and repair various structures, including walls, chimneys, and fireplaces. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of bricklaying techniques, including pointing, bonding, and laying bricks to a high standard. The role will involve working on a variety of construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work at heights, and have a valid White Card. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and safety. The role will involve working as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication. The successful candidate will be required to adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity. The role will involve working a standard 38-hour week, with some flexibility required for project deadlines and unexpected events.
