Brewing Team Leader Ursus Breweries

What you’ll do as Brewing Team Leader:
- Lead and supervise the Brewing team during your shift (process operators, craftsmen, maintenance staff);
- Ensure production plan execution while meeting quality and safety standards;
- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance activities and urgent repairs;
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing WCM (World Class Manufacturing) practices;
- Monitor performance and support KPI achievement at team and brewery level;
- Identify training and development needs and support people growth;
- Foster clear and effective communication within the team and across functions.
