What you’ll do as Brewing Team Leader:

• Lead and supervise the Brewing team during your shift (process operators, craftsmen, maintenance staff); 
• Ensure production plan execution while meeting quality and safety standards; 
• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance activities and urgent repairs; 
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing WCM (World Class Manufacturing) practices; 
• Monitor performance and support KPI achievement at team and brewery level; 
• Identify training and development needs and support people growth; 
• Foster clear and effective communication within the team and across functions.
