Job purpose: Ensuring the efficient operation of automated production systems through preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing and rectifying faults, optimizing processes, and providing support for the installation of new equipment, contributing to reduced downtime and increased operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance for automated equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and automation faults.
• Rapid intervention for accidental equipment shutdowns.
• Diagnosing PLCs in TIA Portal and Step7.
• Programming, configuring, and calibrating sensors, actuators, and frequency converters.
• Interpreting electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Diagnosing industrial networks Ethernet/IP, Profibus, and Modbus.
• Support for SCADA systems and communication with PLCs.
• Participation in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Managing documentation and reporting maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education, preferably in: Automation, Electromechanics, Mechatronics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automated systems maintenance.
• Basic knowledge in PLC programming and diagnostics (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider).
• Experience in diagnosing electrical and automation systems.
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Knowledge of industrial communications: Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP.
• Understanding of SCADA systems and their integration with PLCs.
• Experience in configuring and calibrating sensors, actuators, and frequency converters.
• Use of measurement and diagnostic equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, thermal camera, vibration analyzer).
• Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• English language at an intermediate level.
• Availability for a 3-shift work schedule and continuous shift (12/24 - 12/48).
