Key Responsibilities

- Support the Executive Chef and Head Chef in menu planning, ordering, and stock control.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the breakfast kitchen team.

- Assist with rostering, scheduling, and managing kitchen costs.
- Deliver creative, seasonal, and high-quality breakfast dishes.
