N Position Type Non-Management POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the daily preparation and presentation of breakfast items, including but not limited to: hot and cold dishes, pastries, fruits, yogurts, granola, and other related items. This includes ensuring that all food is prepared according to hotel standards and presented in an appealing manner. The Demi Chef De Partie will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and working effectively with the Breakfast Room team to ensure seamless service during peak periods.
