As Breakfast Manager, you're responsible for overseeing the overall operation during breakfast. You ensure continuous monitoring of high-quality standards and are up-to-date on HACCP regulations. Additionally, you'll be busy with:

• Developing your team based on personal goals;
• You're the first point of contact for guests;
• Setting and achieving guest satisfaction targets;
• Making sure tasks are well distributed.

The ideal Breakfast Manager we're looking for meets the following requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role as a leader;
• Very good communication skills;
• You work well in a team, but also independently;
• Social Hygiene or BHV is a plus;
• Excellent command of the English language, Dutch is a plus point.

This organization offers a nice working environment where development is stimulated and you'll be working in a small, but tight-knit team. The salary they offer is around €3000 gross per month, based on 38 hours and dependent on your knowledge and experience.
