• Prepare the breakfast buffet and ensure an attractive and well-organized presentation.
• Implement and maintain our breakfast service concept, focusing on efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Greet and serve guests, being friendly and professional in addressing their needs and questions.
• Maintain the presentation of the buffet during breakfast hours and ensure seamless replenishment and cleanliness of the buffet area.
• Contribute to overall organization and smooth operation of the breakfast service.
• Clean tables immediately after use and set them up again to serve incoming guests.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in accordance with food safety standards.
• Participate in inter-departmental initiatives to gain insights into various aspects of hotel operations.
• Be adaptable to changing guest needs and peak hours, maintaining high service quality.
