Job Duties A senior individual contributor responsible for designing complex workflows, delivering end-to-end solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, developing and maintaining design systems, creating user-centered designs that meet business objectives, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and mentoring junior designers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field; 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer; Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective design solutions; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
