Brazil Packaging Salesperson, Remote

We are a leading cosmetic packaging company. Our product offerings support beauty, personal care, and cosmetic brands with high-quality, compliant, and market-ready packaging. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Brazilian Cosmetic Packaging Salesperson to join our sales team. This is a full-time remote position reporting to our Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling cosmetic and personal care packaging products into Brazilian markets, with a strong understanding of the Brazilian cosmetic market. Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Brazilian cosmetic packaging market. * Manage and grow existing client relationships. * Meet or exceed sales targets and goals. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. * Negotiate contracts and close deals. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. * Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction. * Travel as needed for client meetings and industry events (post-COVID). * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software. Qualifications * Proven experience selling cosmetic and personal care packaging products in the Brazilian market. * Strong understanding of the Brazilian cosmetic market and industry trends. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken). * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
