In addition to our pad and patch solutions, we are continuously expanding our product portfolio. Our team structure enables short decision-making paths, a high level of dynamics, and plenty of room for autonomous work. Together, we are working on developing APRICOT as an innovative, high-quality beauty brand further.

Aufgaben

As Brand & Visual Designer (m/w/d) at APRICOT, you will take on a central, strategic role in the marketing team and be responsible for the visual corporate identity across all relevant touchpoints.

In close cooperation with the management, marketing, and sales, you will shape the visual further development of our brand with excellence. You combine excellent design craftsmanship with modern, AI-supported tools and workflows and bring both conceptual strength and implementation quality to the table.

Your responsibilities

• Total responsibility for Brand- und Visual Design across all channels
• Conceptualization, design, and further development of product and packaging designs – from strategic idea to print-ready
• Further development and ensuring a consistent Corporate Identity across print, digital, social, and performance
• Conceptualization and implementation of digital contents for website, online shop, and campaigns
• Development and design of performance creatives (social media ads, Google ads, affiliate ads)
• Conceptual lead for Social Media Content (organic & paid)
• High-quality bildbearbeitung, retusche, and composings, classic as well as AI-supported
• Responsibility for Inhouse Foto- und Videoproduktionen as well as steering external creators and agencies (briefings, feedback, quality control)
• Videoschnitt, Color Grading, Animation, and Motion Design on brand and campaign level
• Creation and further development of Brand-, Product-, and Sales-Presentations
• Active use and continuous further development of modern, AI-supported design- and content-workflows to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability

Qualifikation

The things you should bring

Experience & Expertise

You bring at least 3 years of professional experience as a Visual Designer, Brand Designer or in a comparable role – ideally in the beauty, lifestyle, consumer, or e-commerce sector.

Your portfolio shows a secure sense for Gestaltung, Markenführung, and visual consistency across different media formats as well as the ability to translate brand messages clearly, high-quality, and creatively.

You think creatively, conceptually, and visually strong and have fun shaping brands actively and further developing them. New tools, workflows, and AI-supported approaches see you as a chance to increase quality and efficiency. Trends do not understand as self-purpose, but set them markengerecht und reflektiert.

Ownership & Zusammenarbeit

You work structured, autonomously, and with high-quality standards. In cooperation with marketing, sales, management, and external partners, you appear kommunikativ, lösungsorientiert, and verbindlich. You keep an overview even when working on parallel projects and can prioritize tasks securely.

Agentur- & Projektverständnis

You have experience in cooperation with external agencies and service providers, formulate clear briefings, provide thoughtful feedback, and ensure that timings, brand requirements, and quality standards are met.

Technische Kompetenz

You possess very good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere Pro / After Effects from an advantage). Ideally, you bring additional experience with modern, AI-supported design-, image- or video-tools and have a desire to continuously further develop your tool competence.

What we offer

Flexible working model

The position can be filled both in Vollzeit (40h) and in Teilzeit (ab 25h). A presence in our Munich office at the Stiglmaierplatz is planned for at least two days per week. On the other days, flexible working from home is possible.

Attractive framework conditions

We offer a fair, market-based fixed salary as well as 30 days of vacation per year.
