In our interdisciplinary team, we're always looking for new ways to bring complex products to life. With clear strategies, we create international integrated campaigns, websites, mailings, social media, videos, etc.

As of now, we're looking for a plucky strategist and team player to plan, implement, and grow together.

Aufgaben

• Strategie & Umsetzung: You develop strategic communication concepts with the team - from initial ideas to implementation.
• Copywriting: You develop creative and catchy texts: whether headline or flowing text.
• High-Level Projects: You lead project management initially for small projects and then for comprehensive projects. Here, you steer our network of external specialists.
• Kundenführung: You're the point of contact on eye level. If you have a knack for new business: The stage is yours!
• Administration: Yes, also offers and invoices are part of the job. That's part of the job if you think entrepreneurially.
• You prepare strategic workshops in English and German before and after.
• You bring your ideas actively into the creative and strategic further development of our agency projects.

Qualifikation

• A degree (humanities, social sciences, economics, etc.) is desirable, but what matters most is your head.
• You're able to quickly grasp complex issues (EU briefings, tech products) and translate them into clear strategies.
• 1.5 to 2 years of professional experience in marketing are desirable.
• Passion for marketing communication and strategy.
• Excellent German and secure English (unavoidable for our international customers).
• High digital affinity: You move intuitively and securely in modern tools, CMS systems, and digital media.
• Sense of humor. We work concentratedly, but we also laugh gladly.
• You enjoy language and formulation

Perspective & Gehalt: We're talking about a starting salary of around 42,000 € - 45,000 €. But it doesn't have to stay that way: We're looking for someone with entrepreneurial thinking.
