As a Brand Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our partner brands O&M and EVO. You will manage your brands like your own small business: You will analyze markets, performance, and data, identify growth opportunities, and turn them into concrete strategies. Your goal is to increase sales, delight customers, and create brands that are talked about in the salon world.
You will take on real responsibility from day one. This means freedom to act, visible results, and sometimes pressure. This is exactly what motivates you, rather than holding you back.

Your Tasks

• You will develop brand and portfolio strategies for O&M and EVO and actively drive their implementation
• You will analyze product, market, and competitor data and derive clear recommendations for action
• You will work closely with our field sales team and ensure that your strategies are implemented in the salons
• You will be the central point of contact for internal teams as well as for our external partner brands
• You will enjoy being on "stage" and representing your brands and sharing your enthusiasm with others
• You will support negotiations, pricing, and distribution agreements
• You will manage the marketing budget for your brands and develop effective promotional activities, including implementation with our subsidiaries

What you bring

• First professional experience in Brand Management, Category Management, Commercial Management, Strategic Buying, or a comparable area
• Passion for Hair & Care, ideally with a connection to the professional hairdresser and salon business
• A strong analytical understanding and enjoyment in turning data into concrete decisions
• Enthusiasm and the ability to inspire people
• Real ownership and entrepreneurial spirit: You don't wait for instructions, but rather identify opportunities and initiate topics yourself
• Resilience and a cool head, even when many topics are running simultaneously
• Team spirit, a positive attitude, and joie de vivre
• Very good organizational and communication skills as well as flexibility when the job requires it
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Willingness to travel for international meetings, customer appointments, and events
