Do you want to have a direct impact on Wehkamp's fashion brands? As Brand Specialist Fashion within our Fashion teams, you are the connecting link between suppliers, assortment, and logistics. You ensure that our (seasonal) never out of stock items from our largest supplier(s) perform optimally and that customers have the best availability and find what they're looking for.

What will you do?

• Manage and optimize assortment collections from our largest supplier(s) in collaboration with Merchandising teams via VMI and EDI stock service management, including forecasting and performance monitoring of top brands;
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and campaign impact and advise buyers on the best marketing and assortment strategies’
• Work together with suppliers and cross-functional teams to set up clear and efficient processes, actions, and campaigns;
• Improve product pages, content, and cross-selling actions based on data-driven insights;
• Focus on our largest supplier with diverse brands, with the possibility of expanding to other brands later;
• Advise and influence stakeholders within the organization to maximize brand performance and sales.
