You love Social Media and are eager for real Agency-life? We're looking for a motivated team member who supports us in bridging the gap between our creators and suitable brands.

Tasks

• Active Sales & Scouting: You research potential brand partners independently and find the right decision-makers (LinkedIn/research). You write no mass emails, but convincing, individual pitches.
• Outreach & Acquisition: You take the first approach and present our talents professionally to brands.
• Creative Support: You design eye-catching media kits and social media posts in Canva and support with content planning or small edits in CapCut.

Qualification

• Work Experience: You have already worked in a work environment with deadlines or customer contact (e.g. agency, sales, upscale gastronomy/service).
• Pefectionism: You work extremely structured. 'Slip-ups' are foreign to you.
• Social Media DNA: You spend (too) much time on TikTok and Instagram and know all trends, talents, and relevant brands.
• Communication Talent: You enjoy approaching people and can formulate persuasively.
• You are sure in handling Google Workspace (especially Sheets & Slides) and have a creative hand for Canva.
• You work independently, structured, and don't lose focus even with multiple tasks.
