Brand & Purchasing Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Building brand development strategies for the company's portfolio (working with multiple brands, prioritizing with marketing and sales managers)
• The primary task in this position is thorough analysis of sales, market trends, and current product turnover.
• You will be responsible for preparing forecasts, generating and placing orders with suppliers, and comprehensive inventory management (preventing stockouts and overstock), in particular:
• Close, operational cooperation with the foreign manufacturer/supplier regarding planning and execution of delivery schedules, timeliness, and assortment availability,
• Planning launches of key new products, including market analysis, positioning,
• Implementing activities related to the launch of new brand products,
• Participation in the preparation and execution of sales and marketing plans,
• Sales analysis by product groups, products, and sales,
• Initiating and creating targeted promotional activities and offers for B2B clients based on current inventory analysis,
• Coordinating pricing and promotional policy within defined product groups and categories,
• Building product knowledge within the organization, including conducting product training for the sales team,
• Monitoring the presence of brands/stock/product displays (merchandising) in online and offline stores,
• Competitor analysis and sales channels analysis.

Our requirements

• Min. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position,
• Work in the marketing department in cooperation with the sales department,
• Participation in building brand presence strategies in the Polish market,
• Direct cooperation with product manufacturers or suppliers (daily communication with suppliers in English)
• Analytical skills (sales analysis, market trends, product/promotion profitability) and project work skills,
• Very good self-organization, systematic approach, accuracy, and independence in project management,
• Communicative English language skills,
• Knowledge of the children's industry is a plus,
• Knowledge of the e-commerce market is a plus,
• Experience working with international manufacturers or distributors is a plus.

Our team consists of approximately 20 dedicated specialists, most of whom have been with the company for at least 5 years.

In connection with the development of our portfolio, we are looking for a Brand & Purchasing Specialist who will be responsible for the development of brands in the children's articles and toys category in the Polish market, with particular emphasis on purchasing, analytical, and inventory management processes.
