Brand Master / Brand Masterka Place of work: Czechowice-Dziedzice Your scope of responsibilities building a strong, professional reputation of the brand on the market active acquisition of new consumers transmitting marketing information and selling products from the BAT portfolio (heating pads, e-cigarettes, nicotine pouches) in planned locations by the coordinator (events / retail sales points) Our requirements full-time availability minimum 15 times a month, each time for 4-5 hours (in the morning or afternoon, depending on the event schedule) and occasional evening events. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, flexibility and adaptability in terms of working hours and tasks. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of marketing and sales principles, including product knowledge and understanding of consumer behavior. Familiarity with the BAT brand and its products. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn and develop professionally. The ability to travel within the country for business purposes. The ability to lift and carry promotional materials (up to 10 kg).
