Brand & Marketing Specialist (m/w/d)

What tasks can you expect from us?

Implementation of brand strategy in website relaunch

• Closely collaborate with the project lead of the website relaunch to implement the project's content and branding aspects.
• Conceptual and operational support for the website relaunch from a branding perspective, focusing on positioning, tone, and brand logic.
• Independent creation of brand-conform website texts and revision of existing content.
• Guidance and support for colleagues and external partners in creating brand-conform text.
• Ensure that brand promises, core messages, and tone are consistently implemented in text and image.
• Coordinate with agencies and other external partners to ensure a uniform branding and language world.

Internal branding

• Develop measures for internal branding (e.g., guidelines, formats, workshops).
• Implement and coordinate these measures in collaboration with internal interfaces.
• Support employees in applying the brand correctly in their daily work.

Project and interface work

• Participate in cross-functional projects with branding aspects.
• Coordinate with various departments.
• Independent steering of work packages within larger projects.

What do you ideally bring?

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Brand Management, Business Psychology or a comparable qualification.
• First to several years of professional experience in branding, brand management, or communication, preferably in the B2B sector.
• Able to translate strategic concepts into concrete measures, guidelines, and implementation formats.
• Experience in operationalizing brand strategies, e.g., during website relaunches, communication campaigns, or internal branding projects.
• Sense of consistency for brand messages, tone, and target group appeal.
• Structured, conceptual thinking, and pleasure in preparing complex content, especially in texts, clear and comprehensible.
• Experience in collaboration with various stakeholders (marketing, communication, agencies, internal departments).
• Solid project management skills and the ability to independently manage own work packages.
• Ideal experience with brand guidelines, their application, and further development.
• Familiarity with common marketing and collaboration tools; knowledge of HubSpot is advantageous but not a requirement.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking; English language skills are desirable.
