Our client is a leading company in the food retail industry and has a wide range of own brands in the categories Food and Beverages. You shape active brand appearances, set new packaging solutions and lead exciting marketing and product projects. Bring your expertise and contribute to successfully implementing innovative concepts for own brands.

Aufgaben

• You are responsible for the strategic brand management of own brands in the Food and Beverages categories
• You set new packaging designs successfully and ensure a consistent brand appearance
• You lead and coordinate processes around product launches, relaunches, packaging changes and supplier changes
• You analyze market and competitive developments to make informed decisions
• You plan projects, monitor timings and ensure timely implementation
• You create convincing presentations for stakeholders and decision-making processes

Qualifikation

• Completed studies in business administration, marketing, communication or a comparable education in the marketing/advertising field
• Multiple years of experience in brand or product management
• Fundamental knowledge in project management, organization and implementation of complex marketing or packaging projects
• Safe appearance, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team orientation, high stress tolerance, flexibility and enthusiasm
• Negotiation-safe German language skills (at least C1) and fluent English language skills (at least B2)
