Brand Manager - Advanced Wound Treatment

Your responsibilities

• Management of marketing processes in the area of the assigned brand or group of brands in cooperation with all stakeholders at URGO Medical
• Development and implementation of marketing strategies for designated products (medical devices in the area of wound treatment).
• Identification of new business opportunities.
• Organization and co-leading of promotional meetings, workshops, training sessions, and educational events for the medical community.
• Cooperation with sales, medical, and finance departments to ensure consistency of business activities.
• Building and developing relationships with medical staff (primarily doctors, nurses, KOLs).
• Market analysis, competitor analysis, and analysis of customer and stakeholder needs.
• Planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing activities (promotional campaigns, educational materials).
• Preparation and implementation of development plans and sales support initiatives.
• Management of the marketing budget and monitoring the effectiveness of conducted activities (KPI, ROI).
• Cooperation with external agencies, suppliers, and business partners.
• Close cooperation with Regulatory, Quality, and Market Access departments to ensure the compliance of marketing activities with applicable regulations, as well as the effective market launch of products.
• Receiving and forwarding to the responsible person reports on adverse events, safety of use, incidents, complaints, or other feedback regarding medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, dietary supplements, and biocidal products, in accordance with the procedures in force at the company.
• Acting in accordance with the Quality Management System procedures and internal company procedures in force.
• Cooperation with the company headquarters in the process of introducing products to the Polish market.

Our requirements

• Higher education, preferably in medical and/or business fields
• Min. 5 years of experience in a similar managerial position in a pharmaceutical or medical company (BizDev Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Manager)
• Knowledge of product marketing supported by examples
• Knowledge of the Polish pharmaceutical/medical market and public procurement
• Documented professional successes in sales and/or marketing areas
• Experience in launching a medical device or drug onto the Polish market
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of the AWC market in Poland will be an additional advantage
• Experience working with medical devices in a hospital environment will be an additional advantage
• Experience working with surgeons and nurses will be an additional advantage
• Foreign language proficiency - English – fluent, minimum C1 level according to the Council of Europe scale
• Valid driving license category B
