The HEARTS is a place for people with taste, attitude, and a weakness for the special. We are not a classical hotel. With around 70 great people behind the scenes, we're growing quite ambitious: By 2028, we'll transform ourselves into a resort with almost 100 rooms. Yes, we mean it seriously.

Aufgaben

What you'll do…

• Build the brand actively – not just manage it
• Use social media as a central branding and sales channel
• Make real guests and revenue from attention
• Position the hotel as a hotspot (not just accommodation)
• Develop creative ideas that make the brand visible and relevant
• Produce content and strategically steer social media
• Develop PR stories and place them deliberately in media & with influencers
• BUILD a strong community of guests, locals, and multipliers
• Initiate cooperations & events that bring new target groups
• Develop offers with agencies and revenue team that can be sold
• Ensure that every guest contact point fits the brand
• Steer agencies and get the best out of them
• Plan and control marketing & design budget

Qualifikation

What we're looking for…

• You are proactive and work independently, but also feel well in social and collaborative exchange.
• You think creatively and have experience in building lifestyle brands
• You know the entire marketing mix, have plenty of PR experience, and a network of media contacts that you like to use.
• You are a great communicator who can write texts and locally manage social media channels
• You work well with our central team and agencies, including graphic design, digital marketing, and communication.
