Tasks

• You are responsible for developing the brand strategy and working continuously on the correct positioning and identity of our Brands.
• You plan and conceptualize communication measures and implement them across channels.
• Together with the product team, you develop innovative concepts that revolutionize the market.
• You are responsible for steering and implementing marketing measures, including working with external agencies/freelancers.
• You ensure consistent communication across all external and internal communication channels.
• You work closely with Distribution and have a sense of attractive POS designs and activations.
• Closely cooperating and exchanging ideas with Marketing, Sales, and Ecommerce.

Requirements

• Degree or studies in the field of Marketing / PR / Communications
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position with a focus on Beauty
• Initial contacts to distributors or experiences with the retail trade are advantageous
• You are creative and curious, and love developing and implementing ideas
• You think strategically – our mission and target group always in mind
• You have burning creative ideas and approaches that help share our products and mission
• Your sense of design, text & language is reliable, you are
• fluent in German and English alike
• You work best independently and organized, and want to take charge yourself
• Presence on site in Berlin necessary (with flexible home office regulation)
