For the role of Brand Manager DACH (m/f/d), we are looking for a flexible and dedicated individual who is eager to shape and advance our brands together with us in Berlin.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for the further development of the brand strategy and continuously work on the correct brand positioning and brand identity of our brands.
• With your keen sense for trends, you will develop innovative concepts and collections together with the product team.
• You will be responsible for the planning, management, and implementation of go-to-market plans for the DACH market, as well as 360° marketing campaigns and product launches – from concept development to cross-channel activation and success monitoring.
• You will take over the project management for your campaigns and launches, keeping an eye on timings, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• You will ensure consistent communication across all relevant internal and external communication channels, working closely with Social Media, Influencer Marketing, E-Commerce, and PR.
• You will develop and manage POS and retail activation concepts for your campaigns and product launches, especially hot spots and secondary sites, and work closely with Visual Merchandising for implementation.
• You will manage external agencies and freelancers from briefing to execution, ensuring quality, timing, and budget adherence.
• You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, E-Commerce, Retail Marketing, Performance Marketing, and relevant international stakeholders.
• You will analyze relevant brand, campaign, and business KPIs, such as Sell-in, Sell-out, and Sell-through, and derive concrete measures from them.

Requirements

• Education or degree in Marketing / PR / Communications.
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position with a focus on beauty.
• Experience in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and product launches, as well as in project management.
• Initial contacts with distributors or experience with brick-and-mortar retail are advantageous.
• You are creative and curious, and you love to develop and implement ideas.
• You think strategically – always keeping our mission and target audience in mind.
• You have brilliant creative ideas and approaches to share our products and mission.
• Your sense for design, text & language is reliable.
• You are equally proficient in German and English.
• You prefer to work independently and organized and want to shape things yourself.
• On-site presence in Berlin is necessary (with flexible home office arrangements).
