Here we are looking for a Brand Manager for Asian Brands (m/w/d) for the central office of a large retail group.

Tasks

• You lead all sales staff of the Toyota, Mazda, and KIA brands in the nationwide branches.
• You are responsible for the volumes, budgets, and processes of the branches.
• The goal is to optimize the strategic alignment and thus contribute to an improvement in the results.
• You report directly to the management and the corporate headquarters.
• A crucial component is the monthly, quarterly, and annual achievement of the manufacturer's guidelines.

Qualification

• You have several years of experience as a General Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
• You are familiar with branch structures and corporate structures.
• You are familiar with strategic and operational management of activities and employees in all variants.
• The automotive market with its price-sensitive changes and the marketing of new cars through various channels (online, wholesale, direct sales) is your daily business.
• Travel readiness is assumed.
• You possess IT knowledge in MS Office, which is part of your standard working tools.
