Aufgaben
Your Role
As Brand Management Platform Engineer, you'll be the technical and structural key role around Brand Management Systems like Frontify and Papirfly.
You'll ensure that brand guidelines, assets, templates, and workflows not only exist but also function in everyday life for our customers. You'll set up systems, structure content, and develop it together with our software providers.
In short: you'll make brand leadership operational possible.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Setup, configuration, and maintenance of Brand Management platforms (including Frontify & Papirfly)
- Building and further development of brand guidelines within the systems
- Setting up and further development of DAM structures including taxonomy, metadata logic, tagging, and governance
- Building role models and workflows
- Supporting the development of scalable system logics: templates, modules, standard processes
- Techincal coordination with software providers (e.g., regarding functions, extensions, roadmaps)
- Small integrations and automations (e.g., via APIs, webhooks, low-code/no-code)
- Participation in the further development of our AI-supported processes around content, structuring, and asset management
Qualification
Requirements
Brain (Fachwissen und Kenntnisse)
- Very good understanding of digital platforms, structures, and processes
- Experience with CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, TYPO3, Contentful etc.) and safe handling of content structures
- Basic understanding of APIs / interface logic (REST, webhooks etc.)
- Interest in KI tools and their sensible application in content and asset processes
- Experience with Frontify, Papirfly, Bynder etc. is helpful but not a must
- Good German and English skills in writing and speaking to communicate with our mostly internationally active customers
- Pleasure in continuous further education and personal development
