ÜBER MADHAT

MADHAT is a technology-driven studio for immersive, phygitale brand experiences. We develop and realize impressive experiences at the intersection of strategy, design, technology, and storytelling — for showrooms, product launches, trade shows, live events, etc.

Fascinated by the smart use of innovative technologies and materials, we expand the physical space effectively with medial, digital, interactive, and multi-sensory layers.

Aufgaben

THE ROLE

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you develop phygitale brand experiences from concept to visual design to creative project management.

You develop independent conceptual ideas and are responsible for the quality and persuasiveness of your concepts in the pitch-, design-, and realization phases. Additionally, you take over the leadership of multidisciplinary teams and steer projects from briefing to production.

Qualifikation

YOUR PROFILE

• 3–5 years of experience in Spatial Design, Exhibition Design, Scenography, or Brand Activation
• Deep understanding of phygitale experience architecture
• Strong sense for dramaturgy, storytelling, and emotional impact
• Interest in and understanding of the effective use of innovative technologies and materials: MediaTech, MR/AI Glasses & Gadgets, Sensorik, ShyTech, Spatial Sound, Generative AI, etc.
• Pleasure in creating something new, e.g., through ideation and prototyping
• Convincing visualization skills for concept ideas
• 3D and Motion Design Skills enrich your portfolio (optional)
• Ai-Tools are a fixed part of your working routine
