About Our Client Our client is a fast-growing Amazon growth agency helping eCommerce brands scale profitably. With a team of entrepreneurs, marketers, and operations experts, they partner with brands to optimize their Amazon presence through PPC, SEO, catalog management, and innovative digital strategies. About the Role The Brand Director is a leadership role responsible for developing and executing brand strategies across multiple channels, including Amazon, social media, email marketing, and content creation. This includes defining brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, as well as leading cross-functional teams to drive business results. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure cohesive brand execution. • Leading and managing a team of brand managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to drive business results. • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to inform strategic decisions. • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing professional with 5+ years of experience in brand management or a related field. They should have a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive business results. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. • Strong understanding of Amazon's advertising platforms, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Displays. • Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot. • Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Excel. • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
