Brand Director

Responsibilities You will work at all levels and departments of the organization to discover the Xandres DNA and to make it your own. You will oversee the design of the collections so that the vision is consistently guarded and preserved. You lead the teams that develop collections and visual concepts and you oversee the entire creative process. You will take the lead during brainstorming sessions while guarding the company DNA. You have the ability to inspire the design and creative teams so that they can create innovative and high-quality work. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all brand-related materials are consistent with the Xandres DNA, including visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging. This includes developing and implementing strategies for brand awareness, reputation management, and crisis communication. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency across all brand touchpoints. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and resources effectively to achieve the desired outcomes.
