Brand Coordinator
Job description
About us
We're Atomic. Bold, uncompromising, and unapologetically obsessed with the perfect pour. From our Kingsland roastery, we craft the specialty blends that fuel New Zealand's best cafés and most demanding coffee lovers.
Joining the crew at Atomic means stepping into a world where coffee isn't just a product - it's a culture. We're fast-paced, constantly evolving, and deeply passionate. If you're ready to sharpen your craft, connect with a tight-knit network of coffee fanatics, and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, you'll fit right in. Because coffee doesn't stand still. And neither do we.
Why join us as our Brand Coordinator?
Working with us means you will be part of a bigger coffee business that offers the stability and reputation of a long-standing company coupled with the dynamic nature and agility of smaller business units.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our GM of Atomic and the wider marketing team, playing a key part in delivering and supporting our day‑to‑day brand and marketing activity. It’s a broad, hands‑on position with exposure across the marketing function - from managing our social media channels and supporting café marketing initiatives, to coordinating events and activations, contributing to internal communications, and owning content for the Atomic website.
This is a dynamic opportunity to build real, practical experience while contributing to projects that strengthen and elevate Atomic’s brand presence.
About you:
While the position is centred around coordination, we’re looking for someone who can connect the dots, see the bigger picture, and ensure every activity aligns with our long‑term goals.
You’ll balance both a commercial mindset and a creative lens - you're someone who pushes boundaries, brings fresh ideas and drives projects forward. Ideally, you’ll have 2+ years’ experience in brand coordination, marketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on social media management.
Experience with Photoshop or InDesign is a bonus, and an eye for photography is highly valued. You’ll be a confident communicator who can juggle multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and you aren't afraid to voice your ideas to help shape the direction of the brand and the team.
What’s on offer?
Joining a coffee business like Atomic opens the door to exciting learning opportunities. You’ll have the chance to explore the fascinating world of coffee, deepen your knowledge, and immerse yourself in the rich heritage and expertise that define our brand.
We pride ourselves on offering a flexible work environment that supports both professional and personal growth. Our commitment to your development includes career progression opportunities and a strong focus on wellbeing. As part of this, we provide ‘recharge leave’ - five additional days each year dedicated to rest, reset, and refuel. And of course, you’ll enjoy the perks of coffee on tap and beans to take home, keeping you connected to the craft we’re passionate about.
Take the next exciting step in your career with us. Apply now!
