Aufgaben

• Responsibility for all organic marketing channels (SEO, Content, GEO)
• Development and implementation of a sustainable content and SEO strategy
• Creation of high-quality contents (blog articles, landing pages, guides, FAQs, comparison pages)
• Optimization of contents for search engines and KI-based systems (GEO)
• Development of sales scripts, FAQs, and rebuttal documents
• Ensuring consistent brand and tone guidance
• Editorial planning, theme prioritization, and quality control
• Analysis of organic performance metrics and derivation of optimizations

Qualifikation

Fachliche Anforderungen

• At least 4-6 years of experience in content marketing or SEO
• At least 2 years in a strategic role
• Demonstrable SEO success (ranking and traffic increases)
• Excellent writing skills in German and English
• Very good knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs or SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4)
• Experience with CMS systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Basic understanding of conversion optimization

• Independent and responsible work style
• Understanding of content as a business and lead instrument

Sprachkenntnisse

• German: native speaker (C2)
• English: fluent (C1)
