Job description

JOIN US

Do you enjoy writing, have a good feel for brands, and can present complex knowledge in a way that people truly understand? Then this role might be a good fit for you.

We are looking for a Mid-Level Brand & Content Marketing Manager for our Marketing team. Together with us, you will develop content that looks like Code Gaia, sounds like Code Gaia, and builds trust in our brand and expertise.

Much of our content is one of the first points of contact with Code Gaia. Therefore, it's important to us that it's not only technically correct but also understandable, approachable, and visually consistent.

WHAT YOU DO

  • You develop content ideas from current market signals and frequent questions from our target audiences. In monthly exchanges with our Sustainability Team, you will tap into relevant expert knowledge and translate it into understandable content.
  • You will create, among other things, blog articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, landing pages, website texts, and sales enablement content.
  • You conduct interviews with customers and develop credible case studies from them for our website and other channels.
  • You think content multichannel: from one topic, for example, a blog article, several LinkedIn posts, a newsletter, or a webinar can emerge.
  • You maintain content in WordPress and implement emails, forms, lists, and simple campaigns in HubSpot.
  • You evaluate relevant content and campaign metrics and derive improvements from them together with the team.
  • Additionally, you will plan and support selected webinars, trade fairs, and events – from communication to follow-up.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Several years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, or a comparable role
  • Very good written communication skills and a genuine joy in writing
  • A good feel for language, storytelling, tonality, and brand impact
  • The ability to quickly grasp complex topics and present them understandably
  • Experience with various content formats and channels
  • A structured, reliable, and self-directed way of working
  • A reflective approach to AI tools: you use them sensibly, but can also develop and editorially assess content independently
  • Very good German and English language skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Bricks, or ClickUp
  • A good eye for design and the ability to create simple visual assets for LinkedIn, webinars, or case studies using Canva
  • Experience in podcast editing, for example, with Audacity or Riverside
  • Initial experience with webinars, trade fairs, or other events

WHAT TO EXPECT

How you work with us

The role is at a Mid-Level. This means that you will independently manage your own topics and projects and take responsibility for their reliable execution. At the same time, you are part of a team where we work on content together, discuss ideas, and support each other.

You don't have to develop our entire content strategy alone or implement every piece of content from start to finish yourself. We make overarching priorities and strategic decisions together or in coordination with the team lead.

However, we expect you to think along, ask good questions, identify areas for improvement, and actively drive your own topics forward. You don't just wait for finished briefs, but proactively approach people whose knowledge or feedback you need for your work.

Content is not created in isolation here. We develop ideas together, give each other feedback, and support each other. However, you will take the editorial lead for your own topics and ensure that an idea becomes publishable content.

Code Gaia offers flexible, hybrid work models with a lot of personal responsibility, participation, and individual support for growth. In addition, there are modern work processes, fair pay with growth prospects, and regular team events for personal exchange. All of this is supported by an impact-oriented, climate-conscious team that lives its values in everyday life.

Is it a Match?

Yes?! Then please send us your resume. We look forward to hearing from you!

At Code Gaia, you will become part of a diverse team with people from different cultures and disciplines. It is important to us to create an environment where everyone can develop and contribute their strengths. Therefore, we warmly welcome applications from people – regardless of their background, identity, or experiences.
