Brand Communication in Organized Events - Teamwork

We are a growing Marketing agency that wishes to continue expanding by incorporating new resources into the team. We work with the goal of promoting and supporting the Brands and projects of the four most famous international non-profit organizations.

How do we work?

Our work is carried out in Teams through direct marketing, face to face, in close contact with the public.

Initial duties involve presence in Brand awareness campaigns, project promotion, acquisition of new supporters for the projects themselves, and management of welcome materials and necessary documentation.

Teams are formed by both experts and new resources.

Training is an added value for us, and we offer free and certified training, but especially on various topics (marketing, communication, event/sales campaign organization, leadership, team management, time management, etc...)

We don't stop at just that: you will be constantly trained (in the office, on the field, webinars) and also mentored by those who can explain the best ways to promote our clients' projects.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to network with the best from other offices in Italy and other Mediterranean countries with whom we have the pleasure of cooperating to improve our work.

Where do we work?

We work in branded stands at various types of events (stores, concerts, airports, pharmacies, shopping centers, supermarkets, IKEA, etc...).

Integration occurs via contract with monthly payments, to which we add bonuses and incentives.

The ideal candidate has an excellent propensity for public interaction and communication skills, or the willingness to improve them, a propensity for teamwork and goal achievement, and a strong desire to learn and get involved.

Previous experience in the sector is not required.

Work performed in close contact with the public or face to face is a preferential requirement (bartender, waiter/waitress, customer reception, Hostess, Usher, promoter, brand Ambassador, receptionist, counter staff, etc. etc.)

In the long term, we are looking for individuals who want to grow and improve in the fields of marketing, direct advertising, promotion, and sales, and who also want to manage a team of people and train them, organize new sales campaigns and new events, developing leadership and management skills.
