Brand Ambassador

For the enhancement of promotional activities in the MILAN area, the D One HR staff is selecting a dynamic and results-oriented Promoter. The figure will operate at points of sale and retail corners, d2d residential areas, supermarkets, and trade fairs, with the aim of increasing the visibility of the represented brand and achieving weekly targets.

Specifically, the resource will be responsible for:

* Presentation and illustration of the client;

* Setup and maintenance of promotional spaces;

* Feedback collection and daily reporting;

* Collaboration with the sales team for results monitoring.

Desired requirements:

* Proactivity and ability to approach different types of clientele;

* Excellent communication skills;

* Goal orientation;

* It is a plus to have had experiences, even brief ones, in sales, promotion, or customer service.

Offer:

*Initial contract of 12 months, with the possibility of extension;

*Indicative monthly compensation between €1,500 and €1,800, commensurate with experience and achievement of set objectives.

*Initial and continuous training, with on-the-job support and dedicated courses for the development of communication, sales, and interpersonal skills;

*Constant support from the sales and HR team, to accompany you in developing your skills and achieving results, along with participation in periodic company network meetings in the area, opportunities for discussion, training, and sharing with the team and other professional entities.
