After years of research, we have developed products that contain significantly less sugar and more protein, have won awards, and are available throughout Germany – such as our milk alternatives made from pea protein and the very first yogurt made from fava bean protein. Your mission as Manager:in Brand Activation & Events will be to convince as many people as possible of vly as a healthy & sustainable brand by making the brand and products tangible for our target audience.

Your Role / Your Responsibilities:

• Event Organization: Independent organization, planning, and execution of trade fairs, tastings, pop-ups, brand events, event sponsorships, internal events, as well as active on-site support.
• Project & Time Management: Creation and monitoring of schedules, checklists, and timelines for the smooth execution of all events.
• Partner & Service Provider Management: Clear communication and reliable coordination with external partners, locations, suppliers, and agencies.
• Logistics & Warehouse: Independent management of event logistics – from material ordering and warehouse organization to transportation.
• On-site Team Leadership: Briefing, coordination, and supervision of promoters and event helpers during assignments.
• Concept & Innovation: Active contribution to new event formats through research, idea generation, presentations, and input in internal meetings.
• Follow-up & Reporting: Documentation and evaluation of events (e.g., feedback analysis, photo selection, creation of reports) for continuous optimization.
• Event Administration: Allocation and maintenance of budgets, invoice filing, management of participant lists, and maintenance of the event database and material overview.

Job Requirements

Your Profile:

• Background: You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Event Manager, Marketing Communications Manager) or a corresponding degree.
• Language Skills: You communicate fluently in German and have very good English skills.
• Tools: Proficient use of MS Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides) is part of your toolkit.
• Work Experience: You have practical experience in event management or trade fair organization (e.g., through training, internships, or permanent positions in event departments of companies or event agencies).
• Hands-on Mentality & Stress Resistance: You keep a cool head even in dynamic phases, think solution-oriented, and take initiative operationally and administratively. Multitasking and flexible working hours (including weekend assignments at events) do not bother you.
• Work Style: A structured, independent way of working characterizes you just as much as clear communication and enjoyment of teamwork.
