For our San Bonifacio branch, we select: BRANCH SUPERVISOR Responsibilities The Branch Supervisor role reports to the District Manager and Operation Manager and involves the following main responsibilities: - Management of relationships with clients and definition of personnel positions to be searched for, coordinating a dedicated team - Weekly meeting with one's own District and Operation Manager on the progress of projects managed by one's own reference team - Development of active clients and continuous loyalty actions - Preparation of commercial offers and management of negotiations - Acquisition of new clients in the territory of competence: San Bonifacio and surroundings - Supervision and monitoring of KPIs for the team   Requirements You are the ideal candidate if you have a previous experience in selling our services, if you have managed work teams and possess the following characteristics: - At least 3 years' experience in a Recruitment Agency - Knowledge of CCNL Somministrazione and Service of Research and Selection - Experience in managing groups of workers on multiple projects and/or intrabranch   - Good leadership level and ability to work towards objectives and respect deadlines - Bachelor's or Master's degree in economic or humanities field Characteristics of the offer - Direct entry with a rewarding system - Inclusion and remuneration to be defined based on the candidate's experience - Place of work: San Bonifacio (VR) - Availability: Full-time The searches are aimed at candidates of both sexes, law 903/77.
