Branch Manager – Home Loan & Loan Against Property (HL & LAP)
Location: Modasa & Bhilimora
CTC: Up to 7.5 LPA
Product: Home Loan & Loan Against Property – Micro Ticket Size
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage branch business for HL & LAP (micro ticket size).
Drive sales through direct sourcing and local market penetration.
Monitor and manage team performance to achieve sales targets.
Ensure smooth processing of loan applications and timely disbursals.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in HL/LAP (micro ticket preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed business targets.
