Paladin Security is Hiring a Branch Mobile Security Guard! Paladin Security Group is seeking a motivated and professional Branch Mobile Security Guard to join our team in Kingston, ON. This is a dynamic role that combines patrol responsibilities with client service, offering the chance to work independently while being part of Canada’s most respected security provider. Kingston, ON | Full-Time | $19.00/hour Schedule: Continental Rotation (0800–2000 / 2000–0800) What You’ll Do: Conduct mobile patrols and provide security services to clients; Respond to alarms and incidents in a timely and professional manner; Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public; Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents and services provided; Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge; Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure effective and efficient service delivery. If You Have: High school diploma or equivalent; Valid Ontario driver’s license; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong communication and customer service skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations; Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies as required; Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions; Ability to work a continental rotation schedule (0800–2000 / 2000–0800); Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
