Branch Manager/External Claims Adjuster

We are currently on the search for a Branch Manager/External Claims Adjuster to join our client's Regional team in Forster, NSW! You will be responsible for helping their customers recover from property damages while managing the team.

Responsibilities

- Conduct desktop & on-site inspections to determine the cause and extent of damages
- Prepare reports
- Liaise and organise relevant trades and specialists
- Be responsible for the management of claims from start to finish
- Provide clear advice and updates to clients and customers throughout the claim process
- Accurately document decisions, including scope of work, claim reserves, and approvals or rejections
- Business Development within the local area
- Assist/Manage less experienced Adjusters within the team
- Maintain client service standards/KPI’s
- Control claim costs & maintaining an expected case load. Whilst meeting client expectations in a timely manner

Requirements

- Property Loss Adjusting Experience highly regarded
- Loss Adjusting/ Trade qualifications or certifications are highly regarded
- Current valid driver's license
- Strong skills in reporting writing and documentation
