Branch Manager

Responsibilities

- Development and maintenance of business relationships with clients of the Bank, by offering financial solutions regarding the provision of banking products and services;

- Promotion of sales and constant monitoring of the level of achievement and fulfillment of sales targets at the branch level (number of products sold per client) in accordance with branch and individual objectives;

- Ensuring effective management of the branch, knowledge, coordination, and ensuring compliance with workflows within the branch, in accordance with internal rules and regulations;

Requirements

- Higher education (economic, finance or business administration profile);

- Advanced level English language skills – written, spoken, read;

- Professional experience: minimum 8 years in the financial banking sector, including at least 3 years in team coordination;

- Specialized abilities/knowledge: MS Office medium level;

- Competences: planning and organization, communication, negotiation, decision-making capacity, delegation, conflict management, teamwork spirit, assumption of responsibility.
