Branch Manager – Spa & Wellness Operations Leader

HT 1 PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Outlet Manager in Singapore to oversee daily operations and ensure service excellence across all branches. The ideal candidate has proven experience in the beauty or hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your role will include developing standard operating procedures and monitoring financial performance while driving marketing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and brand awareness. This includes but is not limited to: managing day-to-day operations; ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; maintaining high levels of customer service; building strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders; identifying opportunities for growth and improvement; and making informed decisions that drive business results. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can balance multiple priorities, think creatively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
