Branch Manager (Schio - Vicenza)

ADHR Group, an Italian group operating in the Human Resources Services sector, to support its 2026-2029 development plan, has initiated a selection process for the inclusion in its team of a BRANCH MANAGER for the commercial development of the Branches in the Schio district (Vicenza)

Together with you, we intend to develop the following activities:

• manage and lead the Resources and the reference market
• acquire New Clients and retain them
• support our client companies in resolving any HR issues through the Staff Leasing service
• elevate the competitiveness of our clients by providing them with personalized answers and solutions

What we are looking for in you:

• At least 5-7 years of experience gained within a temporary employment agency
• Proactivity, commercial aptitude, and propensity for teamwork
• Knowledge of the reference territory

Workplace: Schio - Vicenza

We offer direct hiring with a gross annual salary of €32,000/€36,000 + company car + MBO (Management by Objectives) + meal vouchers + welfare
