Branch Manager

As Branch Manager, you are responsible together with your team for achieving targets in terms of revenue, gross margin, and annual growth for the assigned customer portfolio. Additionally, you are also responsible for the daily operation of the branch (stock- and building management, staff supervision, etc.).

You detect commercial opportunities among existing customers and make customer analyses to maximize customer binding.

You follow tenders and ongoing projects from the commercial support service. You analyze the success factors of the submitted tenders and plan contact moments with the client (personal visit, phone, etc.).

You offer support and solutions on a sales floor level to the cashiers. You ensure the quality guarantee of optimal customer support.

You follow relevant market developments and set up a year's planning together with the Branch Support Manager for the branch. You are responsible for the regional implementation of the marketing plan.

You update the CRM and improve sales processes and performance where possible.

You have good general knowledge of the product range and are willing to continuously update your knowledge via training by our partner suppliers or through our internal platforms Rexel Academy and intranet.

You actively promote, support, and attend customer events and training sessions.

You report to the Regional Responsible.
