Job description

Introduction We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our fast-paced retail environment, where every day is unique and interesting. The primary focus of the role is to manage all areas of operations which include staff management, ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability. The ideal candidate should be able to implement strategies and foster a positive work environment. Description Ensure store profitability through the daily planning, leading, controlling and organizing of sales, inventory, and labor costs. Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, employees, and vendors. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and employee recognition. Provide coaching and training to staff members to improve performance and achieve goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business results. Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to increase revenue. Develop and manage budgets to ensure profitability. Manage inventory levels and optimize stock levels to minimize waste and maximize sales. Implement processes to reduce shrinkage and improve store appearance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
