Your tasks: Overall responsibility for sales, profit, and personnel management of the branch
Surety of excellent customer service and competent advice on automotive products and services
Personal planning, development, motivation, and conflict management
Implementation of sales strategies, budget monitoring, and reporting to the management team
Collaboration with workshop/service center, processing of guarantees and complaints
Your profile: Successfully completed vocational training or further education in a commercial or technical field, or master's degree (m/w/d)
Multiple years of experience in sales
Fundamental knowledge of the automotive industry with reference to tire products
