Branch Manager (IT), KZN

Overview We are seeking a Branch Manager for a permanent role based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. Qualifications At least 10 years’ experience in similar industry Account management experience advantageous Proven track record of delivering projects within defined timelines under high pressure Responsibilities Ensure the region has sufficient capacity (technical teams) to achieve its set targets and objectives Confirm regional operating capacity in all departments Continuously analyse operating performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as required. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers and internal teams. Provide strategic guidance and support to the team to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor and control costs, ensuring that expenses are within budget. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and revenue. Develop and maintain a high-performing team by providing coaching, mentoring and training. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement. Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to the team. Ensure effective communication and coordination with other departments and teams. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact business operations. Develop and implement contingency plans as required. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide support and guidance to the team during times of change or uncertainty. Ensure a culture of transparency, integrity and accountability within the region.
