Branch Manager

Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our client's team at the Nelspruit location. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and functions of the branch to ensure its success and growth. In this role, you will lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve branch targets. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee all branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administration. * Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets. * Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support. * Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Manage branch budget and expenses. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. * Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. * Ensure the branch maintains a high level of customer service. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees. * Recruit, interview, and hire new employees. * Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels. * Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the branch facility. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role. * Strong leadership and management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve targets. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver's license. * Matric or equivalent. **Benefits:** * Salary: R25K – R35K per month, negotiable based on experience. * Opportunity to work for a reputable company. * Opportunity for career growth and development. * Competitive benefits package. * Positive and supportive work environment.
