The Sales & Marketing Team of Randstad Professional – specialized in the recruitment and selection of Middle & Senior Management profiles – is looking for, for a multinational company operating in the industrial machinery and equipment sector, the following role:

Branch Manager - Bergamo Branch

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the achievement of assigned revenue and profitability targets, respecting the budgeted expenditure limits for the branch of competence.
• Monitor the economic-commercial results achieved, optimizing operating costs and adopting necessary corrective actions.
• Develop commercial strategies in the territory, defining actions for acquiring new clients, recovering inactive clients, and promoting company products/services.
• Coordinate, motivate, and develop the branch team (commercial and operational area), defining their objectives, verifying their periodic performance, and promoting the diffusion of company values.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing small/medium-sized branches.
• Proven ability to coordinate, coach, and develop an operational and commercial team.
• Solid skills in B2B sales management and development.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (knowledge of French is a plus).
• Strong orientation towards results and excellence, excellent interpersonal skills, empathetic leadership, proactivity, problem-solving skills, and organization.

Budget:

Gross Annual Salary €40,000/€50,000 + 10% MBO (Management By Objectives) bonus + company car for mixed use
