Job description

Job Description As a Chit Chats Branch Floater, you deliver a delightful experience to clients in our branches. You are the first line of defense for compliance adherence, and always do your best to ensure shipments comply with customs laws - our business depends on it! Your process and sort shipments meticulously and are highly proficient in navigating our platform. You are always looking for more efficient, cost-effective ways of getting things done while keeping in line with our strategic and operational goals. This role is a permanent part-time position, working 20 hours per week. As a Branch Floater, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: • Processing and sorting shipments meticulously to ensure compliance with customs laws. • Providing exceptional customer service to clients in our branches. • Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. • Collaborating with other team members to achieve operational goals. • Participating in training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and best practices. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g. customer service, logistics, administration). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications.
