Adecco Italia Adecco Credit & Banking is seeking a prestigious bank employee for a Branch Bank Employee position - Consumer Credit | RIMINI. The selected resource will be inserted within the structure dedicated to financial services of Consumer Credit, both final and non-final (Personal Loans/Credit Cards/etc.). In the reference branch, you will be responsible for commercial activities as well as front-office tasks. Responsibilities: - Manage and develop the assigned customer records in periodic marketing campaigns; - Collect incoming requests from customers to ensure their satisfaction, in collaboration with colleagues at the counter; - Monitor market competition conditions, gather information on commercial initiatives of the market/consumer to share with the Branch Manager; The candidates we would like to contact possess the following characteristics: - Excellent interpersonal skills - Good commercial and negotiating skills - Teamwork predisposition - Degree in economic, legal, or political sciences.
